Puja bookings and consultations are confirmed only after mutual agreement on date, location, muhurat, and puja requirements. Any information provided by the user must be accurate for proper guidance and arrangements.
Some puja services may require advance payment to confirm booking. Payment terms, amount, and method will be communicated clearly before confirmation.
Note: Advance payments are used for arrangements such as samagri, pandit scheduling, and travel where applicable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be informed in advance. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the nature of service, preparation already completed, and timing of cancellation.
Mangalmurti Dharmik Pratisthan shall not be held responsible for outcomes beyond human control, including personal beliefs, astrological interpretations, or unforeseen circumstances. Religious services are performed with faith and traditional intent.
